bongirl5's house for some Lara Croft 2-get-merrygentry-hooked-Gerard-Butler action. Didn't take though (weird).
I do like that movie. I know I reviewed it when it came out, so I won't sing its praises again, but it holds up under multiple viewings. There really is nothing like casting an Academy Award-winning actress in an action movie. It truly makes all the difference in the world to the film.
That's about it. I slept almost obscenely late, because I could, but I can't do that today. The timecode for one of my projects was improperly calibrated, which means of course making sure I'm away at 9:00 to call into the supervisor and get one of them to fix it. Not that I have completely terrible news to give my supervisor tomorrow; half of the DVD commentary was okay to type, and so I did. That 45 minutes0 took me almost three hours, but then, I'm getting paid extra for it, so I guess I shouldn't gripe.
What pisses me off is that I'll now have to wake at 9:00, call in, wait for them to redo the timecode, then download it from the FTP, then type it...we're looking at hours and hours and hours of work, and a deadline at 3:00 PM. No sleep for me? I don't know - I figure if they fuck up, they should extend the deadline. Or give the work to somebody in house. Something.
I really wish I could think of something more interesting to write about, but I've typed about 80 pages in the last six hours, so I'm sort of typed out. Sorry. I don't even know if I'll be able to write any farther in my scene once I get in bed. *more scowling*
And no, I'm not going to do that "Type Your Handle With Various Body Parts" because one, I'm in a very public spot of my grandmother's house, two, "sarcasticwriter" has 15 characters, 13 of which are typed by the left hand, and three, my brother sometimes uses my comp to check his email - and...gross!
