The Medical Mystery Continues

Tuesday was...normal. I had an appointment in the morning with my doctor about the inexplicable salty taste in my mouth, which my doctor and her colleagues diagnosed as "we have no idea." Apparently the medical team Googled the symptoms. Like I did at home.
Thanks, guys.
Tuesday night at work was pretty quiet and normal, except that I was very sleepy. Tortuously sleepy.
